We either seek pleasure (craving) or try to avoid pain (aversion), thereby live in a miserable world of duality. We experience only our version of subjective reality (full of bias). It is mindless living. Whereas mindful living helps us to experience the isness that is the reality. It is a blissful state free from suffering and dualities. However, that does not mean we don’t confront challenges anymore. It’s only that the challenges don’t disturb our inner world anymore.
